Maybe I am paranoid. But it works well for me. Makes me ponder things like this.
I think about things that may happen. I see that some of the things that happen far from here, like giant snow storms, and tornados, could possibly happen here too.
Scenario-
A freak snow storm has dumped 3 feet a day for 3 days.
You cannot even go outside, let alone go to the store, which is closed anyway.
School was canceled, due to a snow alert, so you and all your family is home.
Land lines and Cell towers are dead. No communication is possible.
Right now, this very second, your electric goes off, and is unlikely to come back on for over a month.
The snow plows and FEMA can't get anywhere near you for weeks.
You are shut into your house, and can not come out for a long time.

OK. Now for a few questions. Not questions for you to
answer to me, but some you should answer to yourself.
Will you die?.......from what? Lack of food, water, meds?
Will you live?.......how?
Will you freeze? Got lots of blankets? Long Johns?
Will you starve?...or will you eat?
The snow is 9 feet deep, and covering your windows..can you get fresh air into the home?
Can you keep mental stability in yourself and others? Got games and cards to play with to distract from the looming fear?
Most importantly....What can you do now, BEFORE it happens, to survive this scenario?

Children that Kill

I would never justify a crime in any way.
However, I truly believe that the parents of all children should teach them that "they" can be the ones that create these monsters that kill.
We have all seen it in school. An individual gets singled out for being different from the main crowd. They are relentlessly harassed. There is no comfort in the world for them, because the law says that all must go to school.
We have all seen something else in ourselves. The point where we snapped, and stopped someone from violating us in one way or the other.
So there it is. The children snap too, but lack the physical ability to stand up to their tormentors. So they plot and scheme. Sometimes they get caught and stopped, and sometimes they kill.
I nearly killed a bully with my knife, many years ago. Reporting him would have not gotten any results in the early 70's, but my knife had the desired effect. No, I did not cut him. But he knew from that day forward that I would.
Sad part is, many of these kids would never have known about their own dark side if extreme duress had not been inflicted on them for the amusement of others.
So, in a very direct way, parents of bullies are the ones responsible for the deaths of innocents. Teachers need to wake up. Known bullies should be reported to the parents, and the authorities. Once the bully has been reined in, further offenses should be dealt with severely, to the fullest extent of the law.
As always of course, any opinions that are in disagreement with mine are wrong.

NWO via Euro Bucks
This is my main concern about our economy.
I have long felt that this financial mess is deliberately being made worse by all the "wonderful new socialist plans" just to force the US into the New World Order, by adopting the Euro as our currency.
It is the perfect scenario. If you recall, there were several countries in Europe that had lousy economies. With the adoption of the Euro, they were bolstered up by the more financially stable economies of Europe. It was the perfect leveling field for them. Now, every country in Europe has the same value currency.
So now, if our current administration manages to destroy the dollar, we will have no currency of value. Our only option to be part of a real monetary system will be to accept the Euro.
As Americans, we have always scoffed at any notions of allying ourselves financially with anyone. This has kept us independent...until now. BHO and his people will keep ruining us as far as possible, until the dollar is dead. Then, the NWO people will step in and offer us the Euro System. And will it be accepted? Of course it will. There will be no options, no "Plan B". Take it or have no money.

PC can go to hell.
I am ranting again.
I am so sick of Political Correctness, that the next person that corrects anything I say may end up screaming things that are not PC, such as, "get this son of a bitch off of me", or "why did you punch my face, you asshole", or,"lock that bastard up forever, officer".
For me, Politically Correct means simply showing respect to others. If I inadvertently say something that sounds a bit in error, I know that it was not intended to offend anyone. And the people that know me are aware of that. And they are the only ones I care about anyway.
With that in mind, I allow myself the following digression.
The wimpy pussies that come up with the drivel in this article need to be bitch slapped across their pasty faced, stupid asshole heads.
Or, in PC jargon, the undersized genitalia humans that write these editorials need to be gently but firmly reminded that not all fellow humans have the same passion for concise language as they feel is correct.

Democracy My Ass
WTSHTF, things will be much different that they are now. The prepared folks will be
deluged with people that never stored so much as a can of soup. Some of us prepared people have soft hearts, and will take in a few very close family members, or even friends.
And of course, some of these folks wont be happy with the situation. After all, they are used to glibly waltzing through life without a care in the world. Soon they will try to assert their own wills and become a leading force, because they think they are qualified to tell others how to do things.
I truly understand the logic of picking a leader, when a leader is needed. But I
also think that a crisis situation is no time for the election process.
I don't want to be a leader of anyone, ever.
However, among the members of this household, and the family outside of my
house, I am the only one that makes preps. And several of them know about it,
because I encourage them to do the same. But, they are sheeple, and can barely
run their own lives.
So, ATSHTF, I will not allow anyone to lead me in my home, where I am sure
several people will show up for help. This is not a democracy. It is a monarchy,
and I am the ruler of the realm. This is not up for discussion. If you enter, you
have accepted this as the law.
This is not because I possess greater wisdom. It is because I have long prepared
and calculated how to get through a crisis. I will not allow anyone to remove a
single item from storage. If I am careful, I can feed several people for a
decent period of time. If anyone can just grab and eat when they feel like it,
when mealtime comes, there may be missing items that are needed to prepare food
for the group. I know that adults can survive well on 2,000 calories a day, and
I can make good, balanced meals to equal that. To allow any interruption in the
storage will jeopardize the health of the group.
And, I have long considered the skill sets of the ones that will probably show
up. I have already figured how each one can be utilized to help the entire
household. This will be a contribute, or leave this house situation. I put this
responsibility on myself, and will accept no less from others.
These family members know me well, and I know them well. The only problem I
foresee is the "I will get to it" attitude. I do everything as soon as it needs
done. So, this is the only attitude I will accept from others. We will all be in
this together. The difference is, I know how to handle it, they don't. They
might not like the way I do things, but maybe I don't like them showing up for
help, when they never helped themselves, while they had the chance. Then, when
they have used up my resources, and I have nothing more to give them, they can
vote on a leader. But they can do it wherever they are, because it wont be here.
I can actually survive without them.
So, to anyone reading this that might find themselves in such good fortune of finding a
prepared benefactor, I have a word of advice~ be nice, sit down, shut up, enjoy the food, and do
whatever you can to help the household. Anything less could put you on the street, which
could lead to your demise.
Leader? Me? Hardly. But then, I am the best shot they have at continuing to
live. So, sometimes, we all need to stand down. Democratic voting may work in
certain situations. But there will be no voting here.
I will be the person that stands up and says "I will take care of things - we will
do things my way...or else".

I am NOT sorry!!!
BHO is apologizing to the world for us. What the hell can he be thinking? Seems he wants them to see us in a new, soft glowing light. He is acting as if we need to be sorry for our past actions.
What a stupid thing to do. This act is a direct betrayal of those that tried to do the right thing before his stint in the big chair.
Might is right.
Ok, maybe not always.
But, like it or not, might is what truly sets the standards for world power. If this was not true, Americans would be speaking German, Russian, or Chinese by now. So to go around the world apologizing for things in the past is a fools errand. Do most people go looking for people that their parents may have offended, just to apologize to them?
No other nation comes running to us and asks forgiveness. They only ask for food and money.
America is a proud nation. We are not sorry for being who we are, or what it took to arrive at our present situation. To grovel at the feet of others is the ultimate betrayal of our ancestors, and all they fought and died for.
Did Japan apologize? No, they simply surrendered to might.
Did Germany apologize? No they surrendered to might.
Did they both accept help from us to rebuild? Damn right they did.
Apologies are a Political Correctness enema, driven into us by liberal thinking.
Apologies are for personal use, in daily life. It has no place on the international stage.
I want the people who run our country to be strong, along with having wisdom.

Can I drive for a little while?
There is a reason people like me can never be in charge of important matters. I don't care what the popular, politically correct way of thinking is. I only care about what feels right for the USA.
If I was in charge, for one year, this would be the results-
Somalia would cease to exist. Every man, woman, and demon seed would be bombed from the earth.
Pirates, my ass. Die, thieves.
Every known terryrist and alqweeda member would be killed on sight. Die, scum.
The border between the USA and Mexico would be secured, using lethal force. Die, criminals.
The laws enforcing the border would favor "only" the border guards, who, along with our fine military, are our guardians of the American way of life.
All illegal aliens would be sent back to the border they came from. Good riddance, vermin and rodents.
Second offenders of illegal entry would face capitol punishment.
All US financial aid to all countries would be cut off, and the funds would be used to cure our economy, and securing our borders.
All convicted child molesters would get capitol punishment.
Death row would have a 1 year term limit.
No superstar would be allowed to adopt outside this country. What's wrong, A.Jolie, American kids not good enough for you? You prefer "designer love"? You like "shopping for kids? Or showing off your megabucks to poor people? Nah, it is your super ego, so the paparazzi will worship you.
Before you condemn me for these opinions, consider this.
Basically, I would treat everyone exactly the way they treat us, or would, if they could.

Readiness, or else.
I can feel it. The massive chaos. Something has got to give. Too much is very wrong.
The time is almost upon us. We are, in this writers estimation, eighty percent into a dystopian society.
I, with my survivor mentality, can choose either to commiserate with others, or I can take the high road, and strive to maintain quality of life, health, and happiness.
Above all, I must maintain my honor as an individual, by my personal triumph over those whom would be my oppressors, in their quests for ultimate power. With my honor as a man intact, I can maintain my emotional well being to do whatever is necessary to survive. With my honor intact, I can be trusted by others to do as I have said I would do.
The way I must achieve this is to be, #1, egotistically, #2, mentally, #3, physically, and #4, materially, prepared for as much as possible.
For # 1, I have the attitude of--
"you, nor anyone else is above me. I am equal to you in good times, and in times that you legislate, or otherwise negate my existence, I am superior to you".
Ego in this case is not arrogance, rather it is my sense of self worth versus others sense of my self worth.
For # 2, I must be of a survival mindset. I must be well educated in the ways of survival, including city, suburban, and wilderness. I will lethally defend against anyone if need be, without hesitation, if I determine a threat.
For # 3, I must be able to tackle most tasks without collapsing from exhaustion. This means at least some regimented exercise. It also means reducing my dependencies on substances that may not be available when times get lean.
For # 4, I will build and maintain stores of food water medications, armaments, and other such staples of life. Included in my possessions must be the friendships I have cultivated in my life, as this may be a means to survival at a time in the future.
The only way to survive the future is to prepare for it now.
This is my Mantra.
It is the way I live my life. I have lived by this creedo for a long time. I intend to be the one that lives an extra day.

Your ISP = Big Brothers eyes
I hate child pornography with all my being. If the guilty people were put to death, it would be fine with me. I would actually enjoy knowing they are dead. In fact, call me, I will pull the switch.
But here is something that disturbs me greatly. AOL intercepted a suspicious email, and led the police to the address. I have long known that email is not private, but this screams it loud and clear.

KINGWOOD -- A Preston County man is charged with having child pornography.
The state police say they received a tip from America Online.
AOL allegedly intercepted a suspicious email and tracked the billing address to Masontown.
Authorities searched Gary Ray Shillingburg's home.
They say they recovered CDs with hundreds of images of child porn, some with children as young as eight years old.
Shillingburg is free on bond right now.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for next week.

Observations

That's how many people were at the football game yesterday. I went to the restroom at halftime. In the men's room, there were over 100 men waiting in lines. Out in the vendor area, the crowd was unlike any game I was ever at. I was 100% squeezed from all sides. Not elbow to elbow, but really squeezed. People as far as I could see. WTSHTF, the world will become a nightmare in big cities.
The odd part is, away from the crowds, life is good there. Lots to do and see. Arts, sports, clubs, associations of all kinds. Something for kids, babies, adults, and seniors. I was treated real nice by everyone I talked to. Very few living there want to leave, because it seems like it is all that is needed.
But big cities have some really bad stuff against them. They are completely supported by outside sources. They produce a lot of waste.
They are dependant on outsider deliveries for all their food. It is so sad to know that many of these people will starve to death, or die at the hands of others.
For those that cannot leave, due to circumstances, there is only one chance. Prepare. Stock up some food, water, and your meds. And keep quiet about it. But this is preaching to the choir. Anyone reading this probably already knows this.
One bright spot- the Steelers won!

Would you die for $100.00?
It is beyond my understanding as to why many people do not stock even the basics of life in their homes. No extra food, water, or medicine. It would be a simple matter to add a few items at a time to ones grocery list, and store the items in a separate place form the regular groceries. Done a little at a time, the expense is minimal.
A reasonable investment of $100.00 worth of supplies, added over time, could save a family from disaster. It is so easy. My thinking is like this. Items purchased from Save a Lot and Wal-Mart stores. You could substitute anything you want for my suggestions, but doing something is better that doing nothing.
1 case each- corn, peas, green beans, about $18
1 case ravioli, about $10.00
1 case beefaroni about $10.00
2 boxes instant mashed potatoes, about $10.00
2 boxes powdered milk, about $26.00
Generic aspirin, acetaminaphen, about $6.00
First aid kit, Wal Mart, $20.00
Water- fill up your next thirty 2 liter soda bottles with fresh tap water, Free.
So there it is. For $100.00, you get to keep on living. It doesn't matter what type of insurance you ever buy, this is the best bang for your buck you could ever find.
Perhaps if a commercial was made showing 2 neighboring families after a disaster, a comparison could be drawn. Suppose a terrible winter condition set in. It has snowed 3 feet a day for four days, with no end in sight. No one can even open the house door, let alone go for groceries. But there are no groceries, because the trucks cannot come.
Family A is miserable. They have no food left. They are melting snow for water. The children have fevers, and the aspirin are all used up.
Family B is not real happy with the situation, but they are persevering. They have food, a way to cook it, water, and medicine. They are, at least, not dying.
I believe that if FEMA would do a commercial like this, in stark reality format, it would wake up a lot of folks. A gravely ill child is not a nice thing to see.
The rest are the weakest link, and they, as in nature, will always die off.
